Alexey Lunev and Sergey Shabohin: Dzirka Slavy
Alexey Lunev and Sergey Shabohin have curated an exhibition Dzirka Slavy in their own studio, showcasing works unified by a queer perspective.
The display features not only their individual creations but also their collaborative projects, including sketches from their latest series Title Pages, the graphic series Queer Tracing Papers, and the series of objects Shelter of Love.
Most of these works have been shown to the public only once and separately at exhibitions in Warsaw and the cruising club Dark Angels.
This exhibition not only provides a glimpse into their creative process but also brings together the artists' statements from recent years into one cohesive presentation.
* The title, Dzirka Slavy, is a Belarusian Latinized translation of Glory Hole, reflecting the queer themes and connecting the exhibition's name with the title of their studio, Gray Mandorla.
Alexey Lunev i Sergey Shabohin: Dzirka Slavy
Alexey Lunev i Sergey Shabohin przygotowali kuratorską wystawę Dzirka Slavy we własnej pracowni, prezentując prace zjednoczone wspólną, queerową perspektywą.
Na ekspozycji można zobaczyć nie tylko ich indywidualne realizacje, lecz także projekty stworzone wspólnie — w tym szkice z najnowszego cyklu Title Pages, graficzną serię Queer Tracing Papers oraz cykl obiektów Shelter of Love.
Większość z tych prac była dotąd pokazana publicznie tylko raz i osobno — na wystawach w Warszawie oraz w klubie cruisingowym Dark Angels.
Wystawa ta nie tylko pozwala zajrzeć w ich proces twórczy, ale również zbiera w jedno spójne przedstawienie ich artystyczne wypowiedzi z ostatnich lat.
* Tytuł Dzirka Slavy to zlatynizowany białoruski przekład wyrażenia Glory Hole, nawiązujący do queerowej tematyki i łączący nazwę wystawy z nazwą ich pracowni — Gray Mandorla.

Аляксей Лунеў і Сяргей Шабохін курыравалі выставу Dzirka Slavy у сваёй уласнай студыі, прадставіўшы творы, аб’яднаныя квір-перспектывай.
На экспазіцыі прадстаўлены не толькі іх індывідуальныя працы, але і сумесныя праекты, уключаючы эскізную серыю Title Pages, графічны цыкл Queer Tracing Papers і серыю аб’ектаў Shelter of Love.
Большасць з гэтых прац была паказана публіцы толькі аднойчы — асобна, на выставах у Варшаве і ў крэйзінг-клубе Dark Angels.
Гэтая выстава не толькі адкрывае доступ да іх творчага працэсу, але і аб’ядноўвае мастацкія выказванні апошніх гадоў у адзінае цэлае.
* Назва Dzirka Slavy — лацінічны пераклад з беларускай мовы паняцця Glory Hole, які адсылае да квір-тэматыкі і звязвае назву выставы з імем іх студыі — Gray Mandorla.
